Ventilated wheels
Product composed of scratched layers of TRINYL fastened to a central metal ring nut.
Fitted on pallet, transfer or carousel machines or on manual buffers, the manual wheels are suited for satin-finishing metal sections and pieces with complex geometry.
Recommended peripheral speed: 12 – 25 m/sec.
In order to obtain an optimal and uniform finish of the surfaces and regular consumption of the wheel, light and constant pressure must be applied since the removal must be done by the abrasive and not by the strength of the operator.
